2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • All custom-developed Shopify apps
  • All SaaS products
  • All integration and automation systems
  • All webhooks, APIs, connectors, extensions
  • All backend/ETL services
  • All cloud-hosted dashboards or reporting tools

This policy is universal and does not require listing app names. Each app may request different permissions, and these permissions are always shown and approved by the merchant during installation.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the product or integration you install, the following data may be collected:

3.1 Information From Shopify or Other Platforms

  • Store details (store name, domain, owner email, plan)
  • Product, variant, price, inventory and collection data
  • Order and fulfillment data
  • Customer information (name, email, phone, addresses – only if required for the app's features)
  • Script tags, theme assets, metafields
  • Checkout and cart events
  • Webhooks related to orders, inventory, customers or store updates
  • Technical logs and diagnostic data for debugging

3.2 Information You Provide

  • Settings or preferences saved inside the app
  • Support messages and help desk communication
  • Optional configuration data for integrations or automation processes

3.3 Automatically Collected Technical Data

  • IP address
  • Browser/device information
  • Error logs
  • API call metrics
  • Background task logs

We always request only the minimum data required for the proper functioning of each system.

4. How We Use the Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

  • Operating the software or integration service
  • Synchronizing data with Shopify, Amazon, Google, Meta or other APIs (depending on usage)
  • Improving system performance and reliability
  • Providing technical support
  • Debugging and resolving errors
  • Fraud detection and security
  • Compliance with legal requirements
  • Anonymous, non-identifiable analytics

We do not use your data for advertising or remarketing unless explicitly required by the app and clearly shown during installation.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may securely process or store data using the following providers:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Shopify (platform provider)
  • Google Cloud Services
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram Business API)

These third parties provide hosting, API communication, logging, analytics, secure storage or integration capabilities.

All providers comply with global data protection regulations, including GDPR and industry-standard security certifications (such as ISO/IEC 27001).

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize any personal data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

  • When a user uninstalls any of our Shopify apps or integrations, all associated personal data is automatically deleted within 48 hours.
  • When Shopify sends a Customer Data Erasure Request, we delete all required information immediately.

  • Logs used solely for debugging are periodically purged.

7. Data Security

We apply strict security measures, including:

  • TLS/HTTPS encrypted data transfer
  • Encrypted storage (AES-256 as applicable)
  • Role-based restricted access
  • Server security hardening
  • Firewall and network protections
  • Automated alerting and anomaly detection
  • Regular patching of systems
  • Monitoring for unauthorized access attempts

Although we take all industry-standard precautions, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

8. User Rights (GDPR Compliance)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of your stored data
  • Right to correction: Fix inaccurate or outdated data
  • Right to deletion: Request full deletion

9. Data Processing Transparency for Shopify Apps

Each app may require different permissions (read/write access to orders, products, inventory, customers, etc.).

These permissions are always displayed to the merchant during installation.

The app will only operate within those approved scopes.

We comply with the Shopify API License and Terms of Use.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on:

Continued usage of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Information We Collect from Google (Calendar Integration)

When you authorize our app to access your Google account, we access and process the following specific data:

  • Google Account Email: To identify the connected account.
  • Google Calendar ID: To identify which specific calendar will receive the events.
  • OAuth Tokens: We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain the connection and create events on your behalf. These tokens are never shared or used for any other purpose.
  • Calendar Authorized Emails (Internal Configuration): A list of emails configured by the merchant within Armonika to allow access to calendar events. This data is not provided by Google; it is an internal configuration setting stored in our system.

13. How We Use Your Google Data

We use the information accessed from Google Calendar solely for the following purposes:

  • Event Creation: Automatically creating calendar events based on your Shopify orders.
  • Order Mapping: Including specific Shopify order details in the calendar event, such as pickup and delivery locations, passenger names, flight numbers, and a direct link to the Shopify order admin page.
  • Service Maintenance: Ensuring the technical connection between Shopify and Google Calendar remains active.

14. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Armonika's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing the core functionality of our application.

15. Data Storage and Security (Google Integration)

  • Storage: Your Google account identifiers and configuration settings are stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase PostgreSQL).
  • Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES encryption and TLS/HTTPS protocols for all data transfers.
  • Access Control: Access to our database is strictly limited to authorized personnel only for maintenance purposes.

16. Data Sharing (Google Integration)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data. Your data is processed through the following services:

  • Google Calendar API: We use the Google Calendar API to create events in the user's calendar. This is API usage, not data sharing.
  • Service Providers: Infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Supabase) that host our encrypted database, solely for the purpose of operating our service.

17. Data Retention and Deletion (Google Integration)

  • Retention: We retain your data only as long as your Shopify store is connected to our app.
  • Disconnect/Uninstall: Data is deleted when you disconnect your Google account or uninstall the app.
  • Manual Request: The data subject (merchant) or any authorized store admin can request permanent deletion of all data from our servers by contacting us at support@armonikadijital.com.tr. We process these requests within 72 hours.
